Building inclusion

Our company-wide events help us integrate DEI practices in how we work together every day. Here are some of our recent workshops:

  • "How to be an ally" with Racy Conversations
  • "How to give inclusive feedback" with CultureAmp
  • "How to hire inclusively" with Paradigm

Addressing equity

The DEI Strategy Committee meets biweekly to identify, discuss, and carry out DEI initiatives at Remind—and continue challenging ourselves with company goals.

When I joined Remind, I immediately appreciated the culture of openness and belonging that so many companies strive for. I joined the DEI Committee to ensure every employee—current and future—is welcomed and empowered in the same way.
